今回は異議があります

下記の件について返金の連絡がありましたが、
私はバイヤーから連絡を待っている状態です

バイヤーが私に商品を返送していない状態で
全額返金になるのはおかしいと思います

仮に返金扱いになるのなら、商品は返品されていないので
商品代金だけならまだ理解できます

この対応では私は商品を返品されないまま
2つの商品と送料分が赤字となってしまいます

私の考えは間違っているでしょうか

今はまだバイヤーの連絡待ちの状態で
このタイミングで返金されるとは思っていませんでした

対応宜しくお願いします

I think it's strange to give a full refund while the items have not been returned.

Even if it's eligible for a refund, that should be only the price of the item because the item has not been returned to me.

If it is addressed this way, 2 items and shipping fee will be my loss, and I don't get the items back.

Do you think I am wrong?

I didn't think I would be requested for a refund now while I am still waiting for the buyer to contact me.
