貴方がどのような商品をイーベイに出品しようとしているのか私には解りません。

よって今回は私の勝手な解釈によって答えさせて頂きます。

例えば下記のような商品（URL）値段が安い商品の場合は送料コストも安く抑えざるを得ません。よって書留（追跡番号付き）の約＄4コストを省いて発送するのです


イーベイでは出品商品の９０％は追跡番号を付ける様に義務付けています。

また、商品が未着のクレームが起きた場合は全額返金で対応せざるを得ません。よって販売者を守る意味でも追跡番号を付けた方がよいと思います

Therefore, let me answer with my own understanding this time.

For example, for cheap item like the following (URL), I have to keep the shipping cost as low as possible. Therefore $4 for certified mail (with tracking number) cost is removed for shipment.

eBay requires 90% of listed items to be sent with tracking numbers.

Also, in case of complaint for undelivered item, I have to make full refund. Therefore, also to protect the seller I think it is better to add tracking number.
