Hello,

I would like to ask for a full refund of this item. Not only did it not list the the power cable was not suitable for UK use, there was also a substantial customs charge of £56 to receive the item. This was a birthday gift and I am told that the motor blew up on the very first use.

This item is unsafe and should not be being sold in the UK. I am utterly furious.

It should be removed from Amazon immediately, and I will be taking this complaint direct to Amazon.

この商品に対する全額返金を希望します。電源ケーブルが英国使用ではなかったことが記載されていなかっただけでなく、商品受領のために￡56の関税を請求されました。これはお誕生日プレゼントだったのですが、（受け取った人の話では）初めて使用した際にモーターが故障してしまったそうです。

このように危険な商品は英国で販売すべきではありません。怒り心頭に発しています。

アマゾンから即座に取り下げるべきです。それからアマゾンに直接この件の苦情を申し立てます。
