お久しぶりです。連絡せずに時間が経ってしまったこと、本当に申し訳なかったです。
不安にさせていたら謝ります、すみません！
毎日違う仕事や時間に追われてしまっていて、正直言ってまだきちんとしたラフスケッチができていません。
だけど構想は立ててあり、年末に間に合わせるように進めますので、最初のラフスケッチはもう少しだけ待っててください。
アメリカでプリントを間に合わせるにはいつまでにデータがあれば問題ないですか？
あとギフトとして贈るのはいつからですか？

I am very sorry not being able to reply to you for such and long time and
I apologize if I had you worried and for any inconvenience caused.
I have been extremely busy with my work lately and, to tell you the truth, I am not done with my rough-sketch.
However, I have my ideas mapped out and will proceed so it will be on time for the end of the year, so could you please wait a little more for the first rough sketch?
When will you need the data by in order to make it on time for printing in the states?
Also, when will you be sending them out as gifts?
