月森さんが本当にストレスになっていて我慢できずトイレで毎日泣いてること。全てを話したらはじめて深刻にとらえてくださり、コマンダーに相談して下さる
コマンダーと上司とのやり取りで、私が少しでも心の負担がなくなるようにと、一時的に別の部屋に移動という提案頂く


上司と懇談。カウンセリングの報告や私のストレスの状態など聞いて頂く
また、何もやる事がなく月森さんからも依然、何も情報も受けてない事などを相談する


上司より、元の席に少しづつ戻ってきなさいとのメールが入る
