以下の内容を記載したいと思います。

・当社は2015年12月までにの合計で、$3,000分以上の商品量を注文することを約束します。
・2016年以降の契約更新の前に、2016年の年間最低発注量を協議して決める。

I also look forward to conducting fruitful business together for a long time.

I want to include the following provisions in the letter of Intent of as to Japan exclusive agency agreement valid until December, 2015.

・ We promise to order the quantity of products of more than $3,000 in value as the total in the period til December, 2015.
・ We shall discuss and determine the annual minimum ordering quantity in 2016 before updating the contract for 2016 and thereafter.
