はじめまして、はじめてこれから注文するので心配でメールしました。

何かの理由で商品が気に入らなかった場合、7日以内ですと返金可能とのことですが、商品を受け取ってからそちらにお送りして到着するまでの間の7日以内ということでしょうか？
それとも、商品を受け取ってから7日以内に連絡を入れ、それから返品すれば、ご返金は可能ということでしょうか？
アジアから送ると大変日数がかかってしまいます。
確認お願いします。

Hello, I'm placing an order for the first time and worried, so I'm sending you an email.

If I don't like the item due to some reason I can return it within 7 days to get refund, does it mean within 7 days after receiving the item and you receive returned item?
Or if I contact you within 7 days after receiving the item and return, you can refund?
It takes many days to send from Asia.
