はじめまして、はじめてこれから注文するので心配でメールしました。

何かの理由で商品が気に入らなかった場合、7日以内ですと返金可能とのことですが、商品を受け取ってからそちらにお送りして到着するまでの間の7日以内ということでしょうか？
それとも、商品を受け取ってから7日以内に連絡を入れ、それから返品すれば、ご返金は可能ということでしょうか？
アジアから送ると大変日数がかかってしまいます。
確認お願いします。

It is pleased to contact you. I am emailing you since I will make an order for the first time.
In case of some reasons that I do not like the items, and it is said that refund is acceptable within 7 days.
Does it mean that the seven days indicate between the day of receiving the items and its arrival date?
Or it means the refund is acceptable when I contact you within 7 days after I receive the items and return them?
It takes quite a lot of time to ship from Asian countries.
