今後のために、予備を含めて3つのNylon Wasshersを無料で送って下さい。
写真を添付したので確認して下さい。

顧客に半年前に販売した2台のBに不具合が生じました。
Cを装着するネジが下にめり込んでしまっています。
ネジがとても短くなっている状態です。
状況がわかる画像を添付しました。
良い修理方法はありますか？
修理が不可能な場合は、新しい商品と交換するこが可能ですよね？
早急に2台のBを送ってくれたら嬉しいです。

Screw is very shortened.

Is there any way to repair this?
