発送前に動作確認はしているので動作に問題はないはずですし、梱包にもエアークッションを使い送りましたので、輸送事故の可能性が考えられます
（箱に損傷がなくても運送時の扱いが酷い場合、ちゃんと梱包していてもショックで壊れる場合は十分にあります）

不具合のある状態をもう一度ダメージレポートとして詳しく教えてください。
あなたからの壊れているとの報告があれば運送会社から
保障で対応できますので、宜しくお願いします

Hello.
I checked its operation before sending so there should be no problem, I also used air cushion for packing so it could be accident during transportation. (Even if there is no damage in the box, if handled roughly it can break by shock despite of thorough packing).

Please once again let me know details of failures as damage report.
If you report it as broken item, courier company can cover it by insurance. Thank you.
