今回のケースは 商品の故障ではありません。バイヤーはコンバーターの対応外のレンズで使用されています。
バイヤーのレンズは「シグマ17-50」ですが、下記のメーカーサイトの、「対応しているレンズの一覧表」にないレンズです。
このサイトもバイヤーにお見せしました。
「本商品が、お手持ちの機材に対応するかどうかは、メーカーサイトを確認してから落札してほしい」と商品案内に明記してます。
私はバイヤーに「リクエストは承諾するが、理由を4ではなく1に変更してほしい」と説明しました
The case this time is not that the goods are damaged. The problem is that the buyer is using an unsupported lens for the converter.
The lens that the buyer is using is the "Sigma 17-50", however, the following website of the manufacturer shows that this is not on the "supported lenses" list.
I also showed this site to the buyer.
The buyer was very clear and wrote "for this particular product, I want you to make a bid once you've clarified with the manufacturer's website whether the materials on hand are supported or not".
In turn, I explained to the buyer, "I will agree to your request, however, I want you to change the reason from 4 to 1".
Thank you for the positive feedback! This one was a little tricky but I enjoyed translating it. I've been working very hard lately on capturing the proper voice of the authors and translating that appropriately into English.
