今回のケースは 商品の故障ではありません。バイヤーはコンバーターの対応外のレンズで使用されています。
バイヤーのレンズは「シグマ17-50」ですが、下記のメーカーサイトの、「対応しているレンズの一覧表」にないレンズです。
このサイトもバイヤーにお見せしました。
「本商品が、お手持ちの機材に対応するかどうかは、メーカーサイトを確認してから落札してほしい」と商品案内に明記してます。
私はバイヤーに「リクエストは承諾するが、理由を4ではなく1に変更してほしい」と説明しました

This case has nothing to do with a defective product or an initial failure. The buyer is using a lens that is not compatible with the converter.
The buyer’s lens is the "Sigma 17-50," which is not included on the list of compatible lenses on the manufacturer’s website.
I showed the site to the buyer.
I clearly state on the product page that potential buyers should check if this product is compatible or not with the equipment they use before placing a bid.
I explained to the buyer that I would accept his request, but asked him to change the reason from 4 to 1.
