今回はその為のサンプルなので、特に輸入許可書は必要ありません。

そして、今回のサンプルと合わせて、提出をお願いした製造工程表、原材料表 を添付して検疫所に提出し、本仕入の段取りを行いたいと考えています。
その際に、御社で安全検査を行った時の検査結果を頂きたいと思います。

Also, along with this sample we'd like to attach manufacturing process and ingredients list to submit to quarantine station and make necessary arrangements. For the process we'd like you to issue an inspection result from safety inspection conducted by your company.
