今回のサンプルに関して、輸入許可書は必要ありません。
当社は食品として輸入・販売を考えています。
今回はその為のサンプルなので、特に輸入許可書は必要ありません。
そして、今回のサンプルと合わせて、提出をお願いした製造工程表、原材料表 を添付して検疫所に提出し、本仕入の段取りを行いたいと考えています。
その際に、御社で安全検査を行った時の検査結果を頂きたいと思います。

Regarding the sample, this time, there is no need for the "import approval form"
Our company is considering to import and distribute as food.
This sample is for that purpose, therefore, there is no need for the "import approval form".
Also along with this sample, I would like to submit to quarantine station "production process chart" and "Material chart" that I requested you to submit, in order to proceed to actual procurement.
I would also like you to submit your result of the safety inspection then.
