amazon.comでパフォーマンスが急激に落ちたことを心からお詫びします。
私たちのODRとClaim Rateは基準値を上回っていることを理解しています。
この問題には2つの原因があります。
ODR
在庫切れの商品をAmazonカタログへ掲載してしまっていた事。
Claim Rate
注文品が購入者に届かない事や、税関の検査などによる到着の遅れ。
顧客への回答が遅れていた事。
我々の改善計画は以下の通りです。

There are two causes for this problem:
ODR
Having placed an out of stock product in the Amazon catalog.
Claim Rate
Orders not reaching the buyers or delays in the arrival due to the inspection of customs etc.
Late answering to customers.
