amazon.comでパフォーマンスが急激に落ちたことを心からお詫びします。
私たちのODRとClaim Rateは基準値を上回っていることを理解しています。
この問題には2つの原因があります。
ODR
在庫切れの商品をAmazonカタログへ掲載してしまっていた事。
Claim Rate
注文品が購入者に届かない事や、税関の検査などによる到着の遅れ。
顧客への回答が遅れていた事。
我々の改善計画は以下の通りです。

This problem has two reasons.
ODR
The products out of stock was posted on the Amazon catalog.
Claim Rate
The orders were not delivered to the purchasers, or delivered late due to the inspection of customs and the answer to the customer delayed.
