上記のオーダーに関してですが、
配送記録を見ると、到着済みとなっているのですが、
買い手が受け取っていないと言っており、配送状況を調査している状態です。
それなのに、何度も何度も状況はどうなったとか、
返事が来なかったらどうするんだ？とメッセージを送られて困っております。

私の方から返事をすると何度も言っているのにも関わらずです。

このままだと、私がおかしくなりそうです。

どうか、助けて下さい。

Regarding the above order, it is already delivered according to the shipping record. However the buyer claims he has not received it yet, so the delivery status is currently under investigation.
Nevertheless, he keeps giving me a hard time by shooting me a bunch of messages asking for the status update over and over and complaining what if they don't reply.

I have been repeatedly explained him I shall respond though.
He is driving me nuts.
Please save me.
