購入した際に塗り直しとの事だったので、ブラックではないと考えておいてください

なので、輸送中に緩んでしまいそういう事かと思っています

I don't know the condition prior to repaint.
When it was purchased, I heard it was repainted, so please be aware the color would not be black.

We are off until tomorrow in Japan, so I am supposed to hear from my company tomorrow.

The pedestal is said to have a few scratches.
Other than that everything is very beautiful.

In the past there was a case that a needle came off during transportation although there was no external damage made to an item. Therefore, I am assuming the situation happened was something like that as the needle became loose.
If the damage was caused at your end, we are unable to repay you.
