少し返事に時間がかかってしまったのは理由がございまして実は、注文頂きましたooの発送前最終確認時に、ネック調整時にトラブルがあってトラスロッドが壊れていた
当店にはＵＳＥＤでの入荷でしたが、どうも入荷前に一度壊れた物をごまかすような形で修正してあったようで今回の調整時に壊れてしまっていた
お客様には大変申し訳ございませんが、今回このギターを販売する事が出来なくなってしまったのでお詫び申し上げます。ご迷惑お掛けしてしまい大変申し訳ございませんが上記内容ご理解いただけますと助かります

When we were making a final checkup before sending xx that you had ordered, we found a problem.
The truss rod was broken when we were adjusting the neck.
We received it as "USED", but it was repaired to make the broken one appear the perfect one before we received it, and it was broken when we were adjusting this time.
We hate to say, but we cannot sell this guitar to you this time. We apologize to you.
We are very sorry to have caused you an inconvenience. We hope that you understand the situation above.
