年末の発送の混乱により、お客様とAmazon様に大変迷惑をお掛けしました。
人員を増やし、発送環境を変えた以降は、問題なくお客様の元へ商品をお届けしております。
なにとぞ、Amazonでの販売の再開をお願いできないでしょうか？

Due to the shipping disorder at the end of last year, I apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused to you and Amazon.
Since after the increase of our headcount and the change of the shipping environment, we have been able to ship items to our customers without any issues. I was wondering if I could possibly ask you for reinstating my selling privileges at Amazon?
