エアーキャップはスプレーガンにとって重要な部分なので、すぐに部品が取れてしまうようでは安心して使う事ができません。
あなたの会社のスプレーガンはとても使い易いので、私は大変気に入っています。
しかし、不良品を交換してもまた送られてきた商品は不良、このような状況をとても残念に思っています。
再度交換してもらうとしても、本来なら最初の注文が良品なら払う必要のなかったお金（返送料等）をこれ以上負担するつもりはありません。
あなたの会社の誠意ある対応を望みます。

Since an air cap is a significant part of a spray gun, so it cannot be safely used with a loose part.
I love your spray gun because it is very easy to use.
However, I am very disappointed to see the consequence because the replacement items I received after the defect products turned out to be defected again.
Even though I request for another replacement, I am not willing to pay for extra fees (return shipping fee, etc.) that were not generated if the initial order came in good condition.
I request for your sincere measure for this matter.
