事前報告ですが現在、下記バイヤーの対応中です

バイヤーは送られた商品が偽物だと言っていますが
私が取り扱っている商品はすべて正規代理店から仕入れ、
検品後に配送しているので問題ないと思っています

ただ先方は偽物が届いて困っているとのことなので
商品を一度送り返してもらって調べることにしました

後日 ebayのサポートセンターにも相談があるかもしれません

その時はバイヤーが困らないように対応してあげてください

いずれにせよ私はバイヤーとebayの不利益にならないよう
ビジネスを続けていきます

I let you know in advance, I am supproting the following buyer now.

The buyer says the item shipped is not genuine.
But because all the item I purchase iare bought from the official distributor and I ship them after inspection, I consider there should be no problem.

But the buyer says he is in trouble as the fake was shipped, so I decided to ask him to send the item back to me and inspect it again.

I think he may consult with the support center of ebay in future.

If so, please support him not to have trouble.

In any case, I'll continue doing my business not to harm buyers and ebay.
