事前報告ですが現在、下記バイヤーの対応中です

バイヤーは送られた商品が偽物だと言っていますが
私が取り扱っている商品はすべて正規代理店から仕入れ、
検品後に配送しているので問題ないと思っています

ただ先方は偽物が届いて困っているとのことなので
商品を一度送り返してもらって調べることにしました

後日 ebayのサポートセンターにも相談があるかもしれません

その時はバイヤーが困らないように対応してあげてください

いずれにせよ私はバイヤーとebayの不利益にならないよう
ビジネスを続けていきます

This is a pre-report, and I’m dealing with the following buyer.
The buyer claims that the product delivered to him is a fake, but I deal only with genuine articles sold by official agencies, and I check them before shipping them, so there is no issue here.
However, he keeps insisting that it’s a fake, so I decided to have it returned to me and take a look at it.
Later he may contact eBay’s support center.
If that happens, please try to help the buyer out.
At any rate, I will keep doing business not to cause losses to buyers and eBay.
