備考: Ellenという名前を漢字にして欲しいという依頼で、
絵蓮という当て字にしました。

英語の名前を日本語の漢字にする場合、
使う漢字によっていろんな意味にもなります。

そこで私はEllenという名前を二つの漢字で表現しました。

最初の漢字は「絵画」という意味で、二つ目の漢字は
花の名前である「蓮」です。

Therefore I expressed the name Ellen in two Kanji.

First Kanji means "painting" another is a name of flowe "lotus".

I imagined lotus painting by the painter Claude Monet.
