とても残念です。
しかし私には商品を確実に輸入する方法が分からないため、もし再度送って頂いても税関で没収されてしまう確率が高いと思います。
貴方にも損をさせてしまう相談で申し訳ないのですが、半額だけでも返金していただけましたら助かります。
また、その際は私はどのような手続きをしたら良いか教えてくれませんか？open disputeをすればいいのでしょうか？
