日本ではビジネスライセンスというものは特にありませんが、どうすればいいでしょうか？
また、dealer applicationの1ページ目は記入しましたが、
2～5ページ目のSales and Use Taxに関する書類は日本の業者でも記入が必要なのでしょうか？
このような手続きに不慣れな為、記入必須箇所、記入例などありましたら教えて頂けると幸いです。

What should I do?
Also, I entered in the 1st page of the dealer application, but I wonder it is necessary for Japanese agents to enter into the documents about Sales and Use tax(2-5page) .
Please tell me about that, too.

I am not familiar with such a procedure, so if you chould teach me where I should enter or give me an entry example, it would be much appreciated.
