I sent you a few emails saying that BDP-S3100 in Region A is not in stock we have only BDP-S3200 which is the new version and that we will send you that one. We sent the email through amazon and we sent it to you directly.

We do have BDP-S3100 but we have the version that is region Free blu-ray and Region free dvd which is $40 more.

Let me know if you want to exchange for that one. Or if you want to keep the 3200 is is the same exact player and specs, just newer model.

BDP-S3100でしたら在庫がございますが、そのバージョンはリージョンフリーのblu-rayと、リージョンフリーのDVDとなり、$40ほどお値段が高くなります。

こちらに交換ご希望でしたらご連絡下さい。もしくは3200をお使いになられたい場合はプレイヤーとスペックは全く同じですが、モデルが新しくなっているだけということになります。
