この度は、先日お送り致しましたバラに一部傷みがみられたとの、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。

●様、■様にご迷惑をおかけ致しました事、深くお詫び申し上げます。

お問合せのバラの状態についてですが、出荷当日にバラを厳選して摘んでおりますので、古いバラは混ぜておりません。

当日、バラ農園から当店に届いたバラをスタッフと検品いたしましたが、
傷みはみられませんでした。

傷みがある場合は、バラ農園に交換依頼しておりますので、そのままお送りすることはございません。

We deeply apologize for causeing ● and ■ an inconvenience.

Regarding the condition of rose you inquired, select and pick roses carefully ont the day of dispatch so we do not mix old roses.

We did check roses we received from rose farm but could not find any damage.

In case there is damage we request rose farm to replace and we do not send such rose to our customers.
