この度は、先日お送り致しましたバラに一部傷みがみられたとの、誠に申し訳ございませんでした。

お問合せのバラの状態についてですが、出荷当日にバラを厳選して摘んでおりますので、古いバラは混ぜておりません。

当日、バラ農園から当店に届いたバラをスタッフと検品いたしましたが、
傷みはみられませんでした。

傷みがある場合は、バラ農園に交換依頼しておりますので、そのままお送りすることはございません。
