Exchange Policy

International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
Items must be returned within 30 days.
Items must not be worn or altered, and should be in the same condition in which they were received.
Items must be returned in original packaging. In the case you no longer have the original packaging it should be substituted by one of the same size.
Sale items may not be exchanged.
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to Soludos but we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you.
In the case of exchanges Soludos does not guarantee that the same style in a different size will be available. If the requested size or style is unavailable, you will be given store credit.
