夏が巡ってくるたびに思う。こんなにとてつもなく暑いのに、どうして自分はランニングなどというものを続けているのだろう。

　私が夏になってもランニングを中断せず、１年中、オフなしに走り続けているのは、もしかすると「もったいないの思想」が心の底にあるからではないか。

　ここまで続けてきたランニングの習慣が途切れてしまうのが怖い、というより、もったいない。せっかく強化してきた脚筋力や心肺機能を低下させるのがもったいない。せっかく削ってきた体重が戻ってしまうのがもったいない。

When the summer is coming every year, I think why I am going on running instead of very hot .

The reason why I don't stop running in the summer every year without off-day, it may be there is a thinking of "What a waste!" in my mind.

I am afraid that my habit of running will stop. In another word, I think it is a waste. My muscle power of legs might be weaker, and function of heart too. And my weight may rebound in spite of my hard practice. It is a very waste!
