メーカーのGriffon Enterprise商品の発売日が20１４年１１月未定に変更されたと連絡がありました。
大変申し訳ございません。

2013年12月に発売の発表があった時には、発売予定日は2014年１月でした。
それから何度も延期され、私たちはその度にカスタマーに謝罪しお待ちいただくようお願いしてきました。
私たちは、深い深い失望を味わっています。もう信用できません。

つきましては商品のキャンセルをしたいと思います。

I have received word that the release date of the items from Griffon Enterprise planned for the end of October 2014 has been changed.
I must apologize for this.

When announced in December of 2013, the planned sale date was January 2014.
They have extended this many times, and we have been contacting our customers to let them know each time asking for their patience and apologizing.
We are very very distrustful at this point. I have no faith in them.

Therefore I would like to cancel the item you ordered
Is it acceptable to issue a refund to you?
