また、消費者センターに問い合わせたところ、返金、返品の対応を拒むのであれば、検索エンジンのGoogle、Yahoo等に御社を通報し、検索をかけた際に、御社のページが上位表示できない措置を取るようにするとの事でした。送料無料とあるのに、日本円で¥10000近い送料がかかっているのも疑問です。

とにかく、即、返金処理を行ってください。
また商品を送り返すので、住所と電話番号を教えてください。
