購入者へのメッセージが送信エラーとなり、出荷通知の連絡が出来ません。
出荷通知の連絡をしたいので、連絡方法があれば手順を具体的に教えてほしい。
または、送信したメッセージを購入者様の「アカウントサービス」で確認してもらうよう、案内してもらいたい。
