THE CMtonで傷がいくつかついていました。
使用している革が、傷がつきやすい革なので、
ある程度はしょうがないと思いますが、
今後、極力、傷がつかないように対策をお願いできますか？
あと、内装で糸が一箇所ほつれていました。

I understand that the leather used is easily scratched but could you pay extra attentions to avoid scratches?
Also there was a broken thread inside.
