We appreciate your warm cooperation for our doing the business with you for the first time. I am Sato from NUREX. To get to the main subject, regarding the L/C opening, I have 2 questions received from the Japanese bank:
1. We understand that you are not able to send us two original copies of the insurance certificate. Kindly explain why. Generally there should be two original ones to be sent.
2. How soon would you be able to submit the B/L to the Vietnamese bank after shipment?
