２・品物を私たちの方で一度受け取り、貴方に向けて返送しますか？

I am so sorry and disappointed.
The item you have shipped to me had a severe damage on it and it was far from being new. I had no choice but refused to receive the item for now and it is currently put on hold at the end of the delivery company.

1. Should I tell them my formal rejection and return the item to you?
2. Should I receive the item at our end and return it to you?

Either way, I would like to claim the refund.
And I believe the return shipment fee must be covered at your end.
