Q: I just got my Canadiano, what should I know?
A: All pieces are freshly oiled and finished before shipment, make sure you read the instructions in the box and follow the steps! Your Canadiano is still adapting to its environment and will have a nutty,woody flavor which will be replaced with your coffee roast preferences in the next 2-3 weeks. Repeat the 6 step seasoning instructions every now and then during the first few weeks & stir regularly as you brew!
