受取り拒否の依頼を事前にお願いしていたのですが、受け取ってしまったのですね。
この商品はキャンセルする商品なので発送先に返品したいのですがしていただけますか？




新たに送ってもらった商品を返品しますのでキャンセル処理でお願いします。
今回の件はそちらのミスで起こったことでこちらには一切の非がないはずです。
新たな商品を送ってほしいと依頼もしていません。
勝手にオーダーになっても困ります。

As a prior engagement, I had requested to reject the receipt of the item, but seems like you have received it.

Since the item is supposed to be cancelled, would you please return it to the sender?

Please process the order as cancelled as the new one sent as an alternative will be retuned. In my understanding, the inconvenience was caused at your end and it's not our fault. Neither have we requested to resend the alternate item to us. We don't appreciate your order arrangement without our permission either.

Please be sure to complete the order cancellation.
