*No space taking at the venue or the facility with your personal belongings or by sitting in.
*Should the natural disasters, transportation strikes or anything beyond our organizer's control makes the event impossible, we will cancel the event.
*When the event is either cancelled or postponed, the organizer do not compensate the transportation charges to get to the venue.
*The date, time schedule, and the venue may change when changing circumstances require.
