Any additional services that you may request and I agree to provide， such as certifying to
special　statements required for government agencies　or other partier， system　and
management consulting services， preparation and filling of tax returns， tax consultations, etc., will be subject to separate arrangements and billing.

This estimate assumes we wi11 receive appropriate assistance from your staff in the
preparation of schedules for audit purpose and other matters｡
l will also bill you out-of pocket expenses incurred in connection with the job， such
as postage on confirmation, printing, transportation of staff and others.

この見積書は、監査目的その他の件において、貴社の従業員より、日程の調整に関し、十分な支援を得られることを前提とする。
また、業務の遂行において生じた建て替え費用、例えば、認証書類に掛かる郵便料金、印刷、スタッフの交通費その他についても
料金の請求を行うものとする。
