特に2013年9月24日のPIと11月11日のPIを比較してみて下さい。
サイズも重量も小さい荷物の方が送料が安くなっています。

できるだけ送料を安くしたいので以下の商品を追加注文します。
追加注文分を含めたPIを送って下さい。
送料に納得できれば直ぐに代金を支払ます。

4% Paypal Chargeの経費を無くそうかと考えています。
御社との付き合いも1年になるので、銀行振り込みでの支払いを検討しています。

Please make close comparison to the PI of 24SEP2013 and 11OCT.
The postage for a smaller sized, lighter weight package was cheaper.
