テイラーの保証期間は購入日から1年間でしょうか？それとも2年間でしょうか？

Is the dealer warranty period 1 year from purchase? Or is it 2 years?
I will send you the guitar around the end of this month. I feel that this guitar is beyond repair, and strongly request that is be replaced with a new one. When compared to a guitar before repair the sound resonance quality is seriously effected. By the way, this model is an outdated 2013 model, if it is to be replaced, will it be the newer 2014 model? Sorry to bother you, but could you check this information for me with Taylor?
