注文した商品が、まだ到着しない。普段は、7-12日で到着している。
しかし、もう30日経過しているのに、商品が到着しない。
(後から注文した商品は到着している。)
商品が届かない時、PayPalによるバイヤープロテクションを受けるため、
支払日から45日以内に、異議を提出しなければならない。
私は、3月20日に、これを行う予定だ。
勿論、私は、商品が届き次第、異議を取り下げるつもりだ。
（返金後に商品が届いた場合、私は貴社に再び支払をするだろう。）
貴社からなにか提案があれば教えてください。

Of course,I will not submit it if the item arrives.
