I was very disappointed to receive a complaint from you regarding the postage costs.

The cost of postage by EMS from Japan to Greece was $15. However, I also applied additional insurance when I sent the item to you.
If I had written the correct cost on the EMS invoice, Greek customs would have levied additional charges.

I would like to continue sending you great products and so I hope that you will continue your custom with me.
