Even though I checked the package when it was on the way to shipping, it is understandable if the package may have had some damage.
Unfortunately, we are in no condition to allow shipping.
For the time being , we only have this in stock.
I am deeply sorry that I am not much of help.
Allow me to suggest the following.

① Upon contacted for cancelling the order, we will do refund in full
②The customer will proceed to cancel the order on their side

To cancel the order, you could click the "cancel request" button on the left of the item page in concern,
located in the request history on your admin page, and the cancel request will be done.
