I understand you filed a dispute on PayPal regarding to this transaction. I sent you an email before asking for the damaged eagle back, so I can exchange it for you. Can you please let me know if you have this item in Florida or in Japan now? If you are willing to close the claim with PayPal, I will forward you the replacement parts of the eagle and the weight hook. Just let me know where I need to mail them to.
