何度も投稿してすみません。今回のアップデートで気になる点があります

・タグを追加すると過去に同じタグがあってもMySQLのtags tableに同じタグが登録されていくのはバグではないですか？
　ホームページ自体の表示は問題ありませんが、正しい設計ではない気がします

・タグを閉じているhtmlが " ではなく ' なのは問題ありませんか？htmlの構文的に問題なければ良いのですが

I am sorry to post on all too often. Something bugs me about the update this time.

・Is it not a bug that the same tag is registered on the tab table of MySQL when I add a tag, even though it includes the same tag already?
The display of homepage itself does not bug me at all, but this does not seem to be a right design.

・Isn't it any problem that html closing a tag is ', in stead of "? I hope it doesn't cause any problems syntactically for the html.
