First of all, we would like to thank you for having purchased one of the products which we sell. However, we are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with your purchase because the real item was different from the image.
It is difficult to take a picture of the panel just like the real colour, but I understand that that is no excuse for that. We would like to make efforts as much as possible by improving the techniques to avoid such a problem.
