セラーからは全く返事が無く、高額な商品であることから不安になり私はケースを開きました。

As the seller does not respond and it was an expensive item, I opende the case.

You can find the the seller's support is strange from the unatural content of above message from the seller and the information of the carrier.

It is my first time to be scammed and lose $5000 and I feel very anxious every day. Please arrange a refund as soon as possible.
